Sareb to market 1,800 homes at the SIMA real estate fair

Sareb will have its own stand at the upcoming International Real Estate Fair in Madrid (SIMA), which will take place between 25 and 28 May. The company will market close to 1,800 homes at the fair, located in the Madrid Region and in coastal areas of Murcia, Andalusia, the Valencia Region and Galicia. The full range can be viewed at www.sareb.es.

In the Madrid region, Sareb will offer a total of 13 developments, comprising 414 homes. A fifth of these properties are situated within the capital city, whilst the remainder are primarily located in the towns to the south and east of the city, including Getafe, Arroyomolinos, Alcalá de Henares and Arganda del Rey.

Standing out among the properties on offer in Madrid are a number of new-build homes developed by Sareb which, in some cases, are due for delivery as early as October this year. Of particular note is a new 1, 2 and 3-bedroom home development in the Delicias area, with prices starting from €245,000; another development in the centre, in Ribera de Curtidores (2-3 bed homes from €319,000); and the Villasierra Residential building, located in Vallecas, which features 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments from €194,000.

Also of note in Madrid is a residential villa scheme in Alpedrete, where asking prices start from €364,400. There are also a number of 3-bedroom terraced villas in Arroyomolinos, starting from €250,000, and a 1 & 2-bed housing development next to Getafe’s Castilla y la Mancha Park from €96,000.

Homes on the coast

Regarding properties on the coast, where there are a total of 17 developments comprising almost 1,400 homes, the region of Murcia particularly stands out, featuring over 700 apartments arranged over three developments in the town of Torrepacheco. With prices starting from €40,500, the properties are situated within holiday resorts and golf and leisure complexes, such as Las Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort and the Residential Mar Menor Golf Resort.

Sareb will also be marketing homes in Andalusia at the SIMA fair, located within residential and resort areas. Of particular note are the properties in Malaga, including a duplex apartment within the Costa Galera II gated development (Estepona) priced at €206,900, and apartments at the Calanova Grand Golf de Mijas residential scheme, where asking prices start from €77,000. Sareb also has a number of terraced properties in Andalusia on the market, in Ayamonte (Huelva), and apartments in Almería, Retamar and Vera.

We would also highlight Sareb’s new developments in the Valencia Region, particularly at San Juan beach and El Campello (Alicante), where new homes are on the market with asking prices starting from €169,000 and €87,500, respectively. Also noteworthy are Sareb’s apartments in the prestigious Kronos Building in Benidorm, which start from €97,176. The most affordable properties being marketed by Sareb at the fair are located in a development in central Torrevieja (Alicante), where prices start from €32,100.

Finally, Sareb is also marketing 40 homes in Pontevedra, in three residential schemes near the coast.

The sale of these properties will be carried out via Altamira, Haya Real Estate, Servihabitat and Solvia, the four servicers working with Sareb and providing support in the areas of sales and asset management.

For specialist investors: land and suspended development projects

Sareb will also be marketing a selection of over 400 residential and commercial plots of land, and some 230 suspended developments, aimed at specialist investors attending the fair. The bulk of these plots are located in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and Malaga.

Sareb welcomes to its stand any specialist and institutional investors interested in finding out more about its property portfolio, including commercial property (hotels, warehouses and offices)
