Sareb puts second homes up for sale from €32,000

Sareb has begun its summer campaign “Tu casa a toda costa” (www.tucasaatodacosta.com), putting 2,337 coastal homes up for sale.

The properties are spread across nine autonomous communities, in particular the Community of Valencia, where half of the units for sale are located. Castellón is the province with the greatest supply, with 791 properties available. There are also properties located on the Mediterranean in Catalonia, Balearic Islands, Murcia and Andalusia. There are over fifty properties on offer in Huelva and Cádiz with a further 49 available in the Canary Islands. Finally, there are 129 properties available in Cantabria, located in Galicia, Asturias and Cantabria.

The campaign, which aims to make the most of the rise in second home market activity at this time of year, will market a wide variety of types of homes. The most affordable is a new-build apartment in Torrevieja (Alicante). With one bedroom and one bathroom, it is on the market for €32,000. The most expensive property is a 342 sqm single-family villa in Calvià (Balearic Islands), on the market for €866,300.

Sareb will keep the microsite online until 30 August, which will allow people to search for homes by town. Each listing includes a fact sheet, which includes, size, layout and accompanying photographs. Interested parties can also look up the property location on map and request additional information directly from the sales platform managing the property.

The four servicers working with Sareb (Altamira Asset Management, Haya Real Estate, Servihabitat and Solvia) will be responsible for marketing the properties in this campaign.
