Sareb puts 37 hotels up for sale in its new commercial property campaign

Sareb has put up for sale 209 properties for various different types of businesses. Out of all of the commercial properties, which include retail units, warehouses and offices, we would particularly note a portfolio of 37 hotels primarily located in inland areas.

The company has launched this initiative at a time when there is a growing interest in the hotel segment. In fact, Sareb has just closed the sale of the Hotel Parque Central de Valencia to the Playa Senator hotel chain. Located in the heart of the city, this four-star hotel features 192 rooms and a car park with 128 spaces.

The campaign “Your business project… starts here” has its own microsite, www.sarebterciarios.com, which includes all of the properties on offer. The assets are spread across 15 autonomous regions, although a third of them are located on the Mediterranean coast, Madrid and Castilla y León.

Castilla y León has the largest offering of hotels in the campaign, with the most affordable property ‘Real Posada’, located in Mombeltrán (Ávila), with a price of €528,000. The most expensive property is a 103 apartment tourist complex in Teguise (Las Palmas), which is on the market for €6.4 million.

In terms of the 97 retail units for sale, the region with the highest number of properties is Madrid (14), where the former Cines Cristal cinema complex, on Calle Bravo Murillo, is for sale at €6.7 million. Also of note are Catalonia (13), Valencia and Andalusia (12) and Castilla y León (11). The most affordable retail unit is located in Teguise (Las Palmas) with an asking price of €160,000.

Half of the 42 industrial warehouses included in the campaign are located in Catalonia (12) and the Region of Valencia (9). The most expensive warehouse is located in Polinyà (Barcelona) and is on the market for €7.6 million. The most affordable warehouse is on the market for €11,003 and is situated in Bétera (Valencia).

Out of the 33 offices included in the campaign, the most expensive has an asking price of €18.9 million and is located in the northern area of Madrid. A third of the properties are located in the Region of Madrid, which also features the most affordable office: a loft style unit located close to the Plenilunio shopping centre, which is for sale at €80,000.
