Execution of deeds free of charge for homes sold before 15th December

Execution of deeds free of charge for homes sold before 15th December

Anybody who purchases a home from Sareb before 15th December will not have to pay any expenses related to the execution of the sale and purchase deeds. Sareb will bear the costs as part of the campaign that the company has launched to boost sales in this final stretch of the year.

This promotion will apply to the sales of completed homes, provided that the reservation agreements are signed after 1st November 2017 and that the sale and purchase deed is executed before 15th December 2017, both dates inclusive.

According to the terms and conditions of this promotional campaign, which can be found at www.sareb.es, each purchaser will only be able to benefit from this initiative for a maximum of one home and two parking spaces. The company will apply this initiative to the first 2,000 homes for which a reservation agreement is signed and the sale and purchase deed is executed within the aforementioned dates.

The sale of these properties will be carried out via Altamira Asset Management, Haya Real Estate, Servihabitat and Solvia, the four servicers working with Sareb and providing support in the areas of sales marketing and asset management.

Residential campaigns

In this final stretch of the year, Sareb has also just launched its campaign ‘Homes to start a new life’, involving 4,903 one and two-bed homes located across 32 provinces of 15 autonomous regions. This is an excellent opportunity for young people and anyone looking to get a first foot on the housing ladder.

The lion's share of properties are located on the Mediterranean coast. The region with the most properties is Murcia, with 1,259, followed by Catalonia (898), Valencia (712), Andalusia (427), Galicia (368), Castilla la Mancha (303) and Madrid (151).

The most expensive property is a two-bed duplex apartment featuring two bathrooms in the centre of Mahón, in the Balearic Islands, which is on the market for €761,100. At the other end of the spectrum, the most affordable property is a one-bed property with one bathroom, located in Ventas de Huelma, 30 km from Granada, and which has an asking price of €16,000.

The details of each property included in the campaign can be viewed on the ‘Homes to start a new life’ site, where you can search by province for a more detailed breakdown of each property, and view interior and exterior photos and a map detailing its location.

The company continues with its other residential campaigns, including ‘Opportunities with Sareb’, ‘Your Home by the Sea’ and ‘New-build Homes’. All of the information about each of the properties for sale, along with all of Sareb’s sales initiatives, can be viewed on the company’s website, www.sareb.es.
