The campaign includes 1,500 parking spaces for sale, close to 100 storage units and 40 retail units.<\/p>\n<p>Sareb&#8217;s four real estate servicers (Altamira Asset Management, Haya Real Estate, Servihabitat and Solvia) are taking part in the &#8216;Grandes Rebajas&#8217; campaign, and the properties on offer can be seen on a dedicated microsite: www.sarebgrandesrebajas.com.<\/p>\n<p>The properties will be sold over the last two months of the year with discounts of up to 60%. There are a wide range of homes for sale, which explains the significant range in prices. The most affordable home available is in Taranc&oacute;n (Cuenca) and is on the market for &euro;24,000, with a 13% discount. (see here).
