These loans are secured by assets located in the provinces of Madrid, Barcelona, Caceres and Tarragona of which 68% are industrial and logistics, 26% hotel and tourism use and 6% offices.<\/p>\n<p>In doing so, the company has completed its first institutional deal of 2016 via a competitive bidding process, which half a dozen investors showed an interest in and in a market segment that is showing signs of recovery, in line with others such as residential and land.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sareb has completed the sale of a loan portfolio to an institutional investor with a face value of EUR 73.7 million.
